Lizzy now sees Recover Physio Hastings patients online. Her face-to-face clinics are based at Recover Physio Folkestone and Recover Physio Deal.
After qualifying as a physiotherapist from the University of Brighton in 2013, Lizzy started working for the NHS and continues to do so as a Clinical Lead in Pelvic Health and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
Her passion for pelvic health began in 2016, and she has a keen interest in supporting women’s health in exercise and sport. She has undertaken a number of postgraduate courses, including her Non-Medical Prescribing qualification.
Lizzy has played high-level hockey since childhood, regularly runs half-marathons and has more recently developed a love for CrossFit. She believes that pelvic health issues should not prevent women from achieving their fitness goals and, as someone who has been active throughout her life, understands how frustrating it can be when you have to stop.
